serenissima boutique is a fantastic spot right in the heart of the old town, just a short walk to the harbor. the superior suite was beautifully decorated and provided a cozy retreat. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially when they prepared a snack for our early departure.

I stayed in a Junior Suite for 3 nights and the room was really spacious and nicely decorated. It featured automatic blinds, which were super convenient. The only downside was that the upstairs sleeping area got a bit too hot at night, even with the A/C on max. Otherwise, it was a cozy and pleasant space to unwind in.

The staff ensured we never felt lost. their attention to detail was extraordinary. The breakfast included local delicacies, making mornings special.

Delightful ambiance, courtesy of charmingly decorated rooms and outstanding staff made our stay enjoyable! Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully presented and delicious, making each morning special.

Team was wonderfully accommodating! yet, navigating the nearby streets with luggage was a challenge due to limited parking options. Noise from outside was also noted but didn’t spoil our experience too much.

The location is unbeatable, right in the vibrant center, making exploration incredibly easy. The superior suite was spacious with high ceilings, providing a comfortable escape from the bustling streets. Breakfast featured indulgent pastries and was prepared with care. However, the room's hairdryer was low-powered, and on one morning, show service suffered due to a leak in the shower cable. Additionally, the hammam seemed to be out of service, taking away from the overall experience.

Unbelievably charming stay.

Enjoyed my stay at Serenissima Boutique. The decor captivated me, evoking a cozy, romantic feel. Caroline at the front desk provided excellent assistance. A slight hassle occurred with the parking situation, but the central location made it worthwhile. A good experience!

It was a good match for a mini-vacation in Chania with very good value for money. The breakfast was amazing and really set the tone for our day. Make sure someone from the hotel meets you if you're arriving with luggage.
